Take several “me “breaks through your day to work on your posture.

  • sit straight to lengthen your spine and open your chest
  • take 3 long deep breaths
  • 10 backwards shoulder rolls
  • 10 shoulder blade squeeze
  • 20 butt squeeze
  •  keeping your neck straight (pull back) make a double chin for 10
  • take another 3 long deep breaths

Done! Walk and grab some water, notice your change in posture and mood
