Certified Nutritional Consultant, Registered BioEnergetics Practitioner: Belinda Lidster (R.BIE).

A BioEnergetics Practitioner is trained in Biofeedback Analysis testing and BioEnergetics. The principle function of a R.BIE is to utilize Biofeedback Analysis testing to uncover discordant stressor energies contributing to homeostatic imbalance within the body. BIE Practitioners are trained and qualified to then utilize the simple, natural and non-invasive BIE modality to help enable one’s body to restore and maintain its balance (homeostasis), without the use of needles or drugs.

Massage Therapy is a hands on manipulation of the soft tissues of the body, specifically the muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and joints. Massage therapy treatment has a therapeutic effect on the body and improves health and well-being by acting on the muscular, nervous and circulatory system. Physical function can be developed, maintained and improved and physical dysfunction and pain can be relieved or prevented through the use of massage therapy.

Melissa Abrosimoff, Registered Doula

I am a certified and registered Doula with DONA international as well as a childbirth educator, owner of Your Birth Right and mother of three wonderful (energetic) children. I have been fortunate enough to work with families in the London Area for the past 5 years and I am excited to now be able to offer services in St Thomas. Being a Doula means that I get to support birthing person decisions to help them achieve their desired birth, however that looks for them. Hospital, home, medicated, unmedicated, I believe all birthing people deserve to have their choices respected and their voices heard. I specialize in working with families that are looking for a holistic wellness based approach to pregnancy, childbirth and parenting.

As a mom of three little ones – I understand what it means to birth a baby in today’s world and in this area! I have teamed up with a talented DONA Doula Christina Rigutto ( also a mother of 4) to offer you the complete pregnancy, birth and post partum services! We work with all care providers and we feel fully blessed to do what we love!

If you have questions about what to expect, what your options are ( and you have many) what exactly a doula does or anything really- please feel free to contact us, finding a Doula is all about finding the right fit – we hope to meet you soon.

Osteopathic Manual Therapy, Amanda House: HBKin, M.OMSc.

The body has a tremendous ability to heal itself, and this is the foundation of traditional osteopathic manipulative medicine.  Using osteopathic manual therapy, the position of your joints and soft tissues will be eased to restore normal function and facilitate healing. Osteopathic treatment seeks the root cause of your issues rather than treating just the symptoms.  Treatment positively affects the nervous, circulatory and lymphatic systems so you can function better.  Treatments are individualized based on an in-depth understanding of anatomy, physiology and pathology.
